The Privacy Policy Khaltate Perfumes Inc., owner of the Khaltate Perfumes brand, knows and understands that your privacy is important. This Privacy Policy sets out our privacy practices that apply when you make visits to boutiques or stores that we own and operate or use any Khaltate Perfumes branded website, (or accesses our branded website with devices), use digital in-store kiosk, or use other Khaltate Perfumes online services or platform, as well as our other interactions with you, including on third-party platforms (such as social media).
There are occasions where Khaltate Perfumes may collect, use or disclose personal information in connection with an order or visit to a local boutique. For example, Khaltate Perfumes may run promotional offers and may collect personal information for the purposes of administering such offers. Such as the following:

(ix)Contact us with: comments, questions, complaints (x)In boutiques: When you purchase a product from us, we may collect and use personal information, including (a)Payment information: If you pay with cash, we do not collect personal information associated with your transaction (unless you enter a contest or donate to one of our community initiatives or charity, or make a request). If you pay using another payment method, (e.g., credit card, debit card), we may collect your payment method details (e.g., card number, expiry date etc.) for the purposes of processing your payment.
2. Personal information collected through our in-store surveillance: In all of our boutique locations operated by Khaltate Perfumes Inc., we use closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras for security, fraud prevention, incident reporting, and shrinkage and loss-prevention purposes.
3. Using our Website or any third party selling platform or social media to purchase a product: we may collect and use personal information such as your name, social media handle, phone number, email address, delivery address, ordered products, and your payment information (for example, payment card number, expiry date and CVV/CVC code). This information is used to process, fulfill and deliver your request. (a) If you purchase and send a product or an e-gift or e-gift card or an e-gift certificate to another person through our online process, we will also collect the recipient name and email address for the purpose of fulfilling your request. Please ensure that you only submit contact information for individuals you know and who would want to receive the e-gift through email delivery or delivery via Canadian postal service or courier. Please note that certain products or services made available through our Website or third party platforms, we may use, may have additional terms and conditions that may apply when creating an online account.
(b)When you create an account to use our online services (e.g., making online purchases or enrolling in contests or requesting rebates, promotions, or other information), you may be required to provide personal information; such as: your name, email address, birth date. We use this information to create and administer your online account, complete your orders, and facilitate your participation in contents or promotions.

We may generate aggregated, non-identifiable data and use such information to monitor and improve the performance, and use and stability of the website and our services.

For specific donations, we may require additional information to facilitate the donation and we will request this information directly from you.

15. The following provides information about purposes for which we may share your personal information. Our practices vary depending on the type of information and sharing. We may share information with Khaltate.ae, particularly when they work with us in delivering services to you. For example, if a customer has an issue with a product we may share your information with the manufacturer. Or if you win a contest which includes travel services, we may share your information with air transit providers, hotels, etc. Or if you request a niche or custom product we will share your information with our suppliers and associated partner. We also may provide our franchisees with information so that a local or our international boutiques may provide you with offers and promotions that might interest you. Please note that when you interact with our franchisees directly, they may provide you with separate notice and collect certain personal information for the purposes they identify to respond to your question, compliment, or complaint.
16. With your consent, we may share personal information with business partners to provide you with services. For example, if you sign up for a promotion that runs on our Website or on one of our third party platforms that is sponsored or co-sponsored by a business partner, we may share the personal information specified in our request to help deliver the promotion.
